 Abstract:
 Nickel is one the resources that often used by humans with its use increasing from each year. In order to increase nickel production, an integrated optimum system needed carrying out production business processes in Indonessian company. To achieve objectives, integration between demand for products process supplying raw materials urgently support processing. Therefore, this study aims estimate amount scheduling availability applying Material Requirement Planning. Furthermore, find differences strategy ordering system. Order fulfillment strategies (lot sizing) are level, modified dynamic lot sizing. The level strategy, as initial company, a uses inventory labor made steady met inventory. Modified formulated adjust time. sizing quantity time order. As analysis. ,that simulate several equations, shows some overstock understock condition material Its resulted higher total cost unfulfill production. formulation can fulfill lower cost.
